Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day, idealy 1/2 your weight in ounces!!!!!

I try and drink 1 gallon of H2o while I am at work and that doesnt count what I do at the gym or for dinner.
Its tough some times as I have a desk job and am not really moving around.

OK guys.......time to bump this one back to the top. This is serious stuff cuz I really don't want to see a bunch of flabby HotBoaters when we see each other at Desert Storm.
GRADS you need to get your ass in gear .........take whatever you have in your mouth out and watch what your eating 
The rest of you that are staying true to your goals......good on ya!!!
For those of you that are starting to waiver......remember that all is not lost, just get back on the wagon.....no reason to give up, we all slip from time to time and you just need to pick up where you left off.
For my part I'm really hanging in there.......hoping to hit 20lbs this week and I'm getting close....I just need to make it through the weekend for the Monday morning weigh-in and I'm golden!!.....I just don't want to feel like this anymore
