I try and drink 1 gallon of H2o while I am at work and that doesnt count what I do at the gym or for dinner.
Its tough some times as I have a desk job and am not really moving around.
OK guys.......time to bump this one back to the top. This is serious stuff cuz I really don't want to see a bunch of flabby HotBoaters when we see each other at Desert Storm.
GRADS you need to get your ass in gear .........take whatever you have in your mouth out and watch what your eating :rolleyes

For those of you that are starting to waiver......remember that all is not lost, just get back on the wagon.....no reason to give up, we all slip from time to time and you just need to pick up where you left off.

I was late to see this thread, ... but I did loose 40lbs.. went from a 39 pant size... dunlaped to a loose 34 at waist
5'9" 225 lbs...

I feel fantastic I've been eating very well and exercising. I should be up a few pounds by now, but I'm actually static which leads me to believe I've drop some more pounds.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say I may be glowing :D

I was really, really bad last night. Chicken wings, onion rings, beef galore, vodka, soju, fireball.

Well..................how did everyone do this week???
I had a pretty good week......I haven't cheated once since starting and have met my Sugar and Carb goals every day. I think I'll be just short of 5 lbs again this week but all in all still on track and hope everyone else is still motivated toward your goals.
Remember......there is no fail here, if you stumble don't worry this is a marathon and NOT a sprint. There is time to get back on the bus and head toward your goal and looking good for boating season....hang in there and please post up as early as you can tomorrow so I can get the stats compiled and posted before I head off to school at 3.
