School me on Net Neutrality.....
Without turning political, can I please get an explanation on net neutrality???
This is my thought, but I am not sure I quite get it, The more bandwidth websites use, the more they should pay....
Example: FB and Netflix should pay more for internet than I should....
Is it that simple???

From what I understand....Say you have comcast as an internet service provider, they can now monitor what you are looking at and if they want to charge you more because say you watch a lot Netflix or something like that they can.

Pretty much. And although that doesn't sound necessarily like a bad thing, what it can do is hinder the future. How can a startup ever complete against a Netflix if they won't have the starting capital to purchase the bandwidth. Certain sites can also be throttled down if the provider doesn't share the belief.....political.
