Then you're doing well. The scale only says so much which is why I wouldnt have joined this challenge if there was money on the line as my scale number doesnt represent my goal. According to my doctor I'm obese for my height as he uses the scale. As long as you physically feel and see the improvement, who cares about the number. The number only matter when all other things remain constant. You've changed more than one variable, generally eating, so just keep doin what you're doin.

Wendi, he's right. The best way to tell is how you look and your measurements. Also, BMI is going to tell you how much fat you lost and muscle you gained. You can have your BMI checked. Then compare them. See if you can find a place that has a Bod Pod and have them calculate your BMI every 30 days.

I should of used my weight after my paddle yesterday....I was down to 225.

Oh...I can't keep up with all the rule changes. I'm just gonna keep posting my weight at random times lol
I guess I won't be eating the whole plate of Nachos by myself today

Yeah....there was a lot of whining yesterday that led to all these rule changes........
- Sunday is the superbowl
- I'm out of town and don't have my scale

next week we'll be back to the standard rules.
