Then you're doing well. The scale only says so much which is why I wouldnt have joined this challenge if there was money on the line as my scale number doesnt represent my goal. According to my doctor I'm obese for my height as he uses the scale. As long as you physically feel and see the improvement, who cares about the number. The number only matter when all other things remain constant. You've changed more than one variable, generally eating, so just keep doin what you're doin.

Wendi, he's right. The best way to tell is how you look and your measurements. Also, BMI is going to tell you how much fat you lost and muscle you gained. You can have your BMI checked. Then compare them. See if you can find a place that has a Bod Pod and have them calculate your BMI every 30 days.
