    Here is a pic.
    Take a lot of core muscle.
    Its hard for me to knock out 3 sets of 20 on this thing.

    basically roll forward and roll back while you are on your knees.
    They are cheap also like $15 or so.

    I've seen that before on commercials. I'll have to see if my gym has one.

    I use to do Pilates on a reformer and my abs were much stronger but at $65 a class it was steep...I think I can find something for free.

    I opted to buy one for the simple reason you can use it at home and it comes apart easy if you want to travel with it.
    THe ones on the commercials are too expensive with the springs and the other bull shit.
    Just go to sport chalet or some similar place and buy a simple one. You use your own muscle and core as opposed to the machine doing much of the work for you.
