Question to all:
Are we thinking food on the boat or just a booze cruise?
Also, any other questions I should ask when I call tomorrow?

Booze cruise! Eat before, that could get costly. Unless you find a charter that let's us bring stuff on, then I would say potluck. But most likely you will have to use their caterer.

We can all tailgate in the parking lot ahead of time to get a good buzz going before heading out and not have to worry about the bar on the boat too much.
Fireball can carry us through the night!

Once you get details we need to get a confirmed list of attendees and 50% down from everyone, they will require that as a deposit.

Yah I saw that and its def a must.
I have been burned so many times by flakes whom say they will go and I ended up spotting the money and they cancel last minute. Sucks when that happens.
