So from what I have found so far, it looks like most of the charters leave from Newport harbor.
I can send a few emails tomorrow and see if they would go to Huntington for the parade and if so, how much.

We can bring the hotboat banner, zip tie rope lights around it and enter the parade lol

Booze cruise! Eat before, that could get costly. Unless you find a charter that let's us bring stuff on, then I would say potluck. But most likely you will have to use their caterer.
