    Then a few years later, I picked up this 21' RC from Lonnie Fluent. Fun boat, but only had a tandem axle trailer, so I don't know if it really counted as a Schiada. I will say that running upriver was a little unnerving with the fixed v-drive running gear. It didn't draft much, but without the ability to trim anything? Yeah, there was a pucker factor.

    I threw the OT's on so I could run the valves after I swapped out rockers. Couldn't get the covers off with the Gil Marine manifolds on. Freaked some of the Schiada crew out with that pic.

    I was wondering as I ran my schiada in 3-4 footers at mead. had to get on top and stay there.. plus work the plates...but it would fly across the lake...

    Yeah, this one would get after it, but we were just cruising there. It was a '76 and a heavy boat. I saw 90mph on GPS before I sold it, but that was all she had, until I listed it for sale. All for sale Schiadas run at least 100 mph. :-)
