Happy Fathers Day to all you dads out there. Unfortunately I can't be with my Dad tomorrow so I'm going for the next best thing (for Fathers Day anyway). Hanging out with my sons and grand kids.
I will for sure talk to my old man tomorrow. Funny, I've talked to him more in the past few weeks probably more then I have in my entire life. Turns out he's not a bad guy after all lol. My old man worked like a dog his entire life. He did his best to keep the three of us under a roof with food on the table. It was rough going at times but he never gave up. For that I am eternally grateful. I do my best these days to return the favor. And I also look forward to his advice and guidance. And I am dreading the day that he leaves us.
I hope I've done him proud, as proud as I can anyway with all the mistakes I've made.
