Good morning! Rough night of fighting an encounter with bad food...I'm glad it's over!

Gotta fight my way to downtown for 2 hearings in a few hours. Oh the joys of living where people (my selves included) can't drive in rain.

Will be trying my hardest to not wander too far from the office today but I might need to go down to Costa Mesa which although would be sucky for traffic, would be great for the wallet.

Went to Costa Mesa and won the deal. Now I have a week to close it!
