Fireball has really gotten to be a bar draw around here. Toby Kieths and other bars have been advertising $3 shots lately.

Yep, it takes 3 weeks to ferment with other ingredients, then it has to be distilled ,.and I add cinnamin sticks and some apple juice and let it sit in the sun for about a week. It's killer

I could if you want, but out of a sparkletts bottle you will yield 2 jars of alcohol, and it's kinda time consuming getting the starch out of the corn. You also have to put all the equipment together. Probably easier to buy it. Only thing is mine makes that stuff like drinking a beer.

So after the shine is made. How much do you proof it down with apple juice? How many cinnamon sticks?

Quarter cup of apple juice, and cut cinnamon sticks in half, put 3 in jar. Sounds like you already know the process.
