thanks for replying, I picked up a 2010 with 19k miles today. 1500 hd with tow pack, 6.2 6speed, they say 13/19 mpg

6.2 probably makes 50-75 more HP

I don't think gas mileage will be any different but the 6.2 is the new generation L's.

do you have a 6.0 or 6.2... i just had the 6.0 6speed in my van...thought it was great... I didn't even know they offered the 6.2

We have the 5.3/6 speed combo

The 6.2 comes standard in denalis and escalades. You can get them in a 1/2 ton but its typically pretty pricey if you find one because its loaded with options.

Great motor....its similar to the camaro as and Yvette but different cams,etc.
