this is how easy it is to do,...
before you level lift, or 6'' lift...
pull up to a block wall about a 100' back
note what grout line your headlights shine at the center of the beam.....
now, either paint a dot on the concrete.... or take a measurement from the wall back to the center of the tire for later reference
now get the cool guy lift kit of your choice,... park in the same spot,... now notice that your headlight are way way too high
open the hood.... right behind the light, there is an adjustment to lower the lights down to the OG spot

100' back, is that a typo because that's not right.

Actually never really thought about it,,,,,,,,,but then again I don't lift my truck. Makes it a PITA to get in and out and access to the bed of the truck. I rather spend the $$ of boat gas and booze, lol

All lights are adjustable. Us should be able to do up down left and right with adjustment screws around the housing which are prob covered by decorative trim of some sort.

50' Back is a good start, I also line up next to my work truck at night and compare heights on the garage door. For the final test I drive to town and see if i'm not blinding the lowest cars around.
