Chris and Candace call out :o
Hey y’all, can we see some finished photos of your new building?
I can’t recall if I saw the finished product.
What are he dimensions?
I ask because I’m ready to start on a 50x80 framed with 2x6x12’ walls.
Because of the grade change on my site , I’m going to have a poured 8’ wall on three sides.
Any pictures y’all can share?

Looking good!
Did yall do the epoxy floor work yourself? Some of the effects on the epoxy floors are really spectacular
THanks for sharing...
I can't recall from the early photos, does the roof pitch in one direction OR is there a ridge line? I know that yall build differently in the west than on this side of the continental divide...
I'm looking at a 4/12 pitch truss roof, some attic trusses, some conventional and some Scissor trusses for a vault area (for a lift). 50x80 open/clear span with 2x6x12' frame walls.
My building site falls off about 6 foot from the s.e. corner to the n.w. corner so I'm looking at approximately 15K for a 8 foot tall concrete wall on three sides and then 6 feet of compacted limestone screening fill tapering off to nothing at the s.e. corner... I may even do a small cellar/basement area for well pressure tank/furnace/plumbing since we have freeze risks here...
