							I'm not going to read all this but from the scanning I've done, aren't Paul and Vic doing the same thing here? Counting calories and moderation are the same thing and the correct way to drop weight. Anyone who has taken a basic biology class can tell you this. What Wendi is doing is a gimmick for sure.  One Almond Joy per night, that's down from many.  I did hit the Hot Tamales pretty hard last night.  Good thing all my Gummy Bears went bad as the bag wasn't sealed properly or it could have been a mess.  I think I'm doing pretty good though.  I guess we'll find out in a couple of days.  I haven't weighed myself all week but it would be skewed anyway with the amount of water I drink at work which I don't do on the weekends.

							I've done well, but it hasn't been too hard to stay motivated with my impending VEGAS trip!  Whoop! Whoop!

							Watching what I eat along with the treadkill errrr treadmill every day. Once I get a little stamina built back up, I am going to attempt to do some P90X again....that will thoroughly kill me eerrrr kick my ass.
