How about a pic of the engine and you guess which side I am sitting on....after all the crap I ate in the last two weeks, and the 23oz steak I ate last night...it aint hard at this point....SMH....

OK.....I'll go first and show everyone how it's done
I'm in at 254.2.......I think I want to throw up when I see this number on the scale but it is what it is and we all need to start somewhere.
Here's the picture I took this morning wearing only my swimsuit. Remember we need to see a clear picture of the weight with you on the scale wearing only your swimsuit. We do this every Monday and you need to post up no later than 10AM. I'll compile the results and post them up by noon on Monday.
My goal is to be under 210 which is a 17.5% loss. I may not get there in 90 days but this is my goal by April 30th. I'm 6'3" tall so that puts my BMI (Body Mass Index) at 31.8 and anything over 30 is considered OBESE so my first goal is to become ONLY overweight......now THAT sucks
I'll start the diet with a 3 day fast so I can kick-start my body into burning all that stored up energy and plan to make sure I'm putting in less fuel than I need to run every day and the pounds will hopefully start to shed....time will tell but you gotta start somewhere and I can't wait to say.......Hey I lost XXlbs
