    As much as I hate to admit it I’ve owned Ford rangers as my daily driver for the last 25 years and at one point had a Ranger and a full size ford as my tow vehicle.

    Option #3. Don't get involved in the DPF/EGR bullshit on the newer trucks. Avoid it like the plague, that's why the per DPF trucks are bringing such a high price right now.

    I'm getting ready to sell my 08 Dodge (with DPF/EGR) to buy one slightly older (same body style/interior etc...) just so I don't have to have those pieces of crap anymore. The emissions on my truck are literally killing the truck from the inside out. Already new turbo, DPF, EGR, etc, etc....

    Looks like I may be doing just that.

    Looked at two GMC’s today and mine was much nicer than both of them.

    It blows me away what some people consider “Showroom Condition”
