Free flying for myself and the family is pretty cool too but it is space available.
A lot of other perks.

Damn I thought I had it good with wks off (no pay) during the summer.
You're my hero!!

Nothing tonight. I really would rather not be working tonight for once.

The fact that work is only 15 minutes away from home on neighborhood street driving, living here in L.A., not having to battle it out on a freeway commute is a bonafide bonus. The fact that I work with engines, not people for a living. Engines don't purposely try to screw with you, ( like people ), and any mechanical difficulty is nothing more than a challenge, and there's a solution. There's always something to learn every day. And, just as when I was singing and got to meet so many "names" in that business that I grew up listening to, I now run into many "name "racers that I may have watched or read about in old Hot Rod magazines. I wear a uniform, so I don't have to decide what to wear to work, or thrash my own clothes for work. I can build my own "stuff", not pay others $$$$$ to do it.

Well, there are always those things you could bitch about,........ but overall, it's a good gig, and there are good people these days who can't find work, so it's always good to be thankfull for being able to pay the bills!
