Actually, firing someone in usually means you've failed in some form or fashion. But it is easier to fire than to layoff.

I love that we provide a place where our good people can earn a good living to raise their families.
I love that we can fix things other people usually can't, and make and keep our customers happy.
And I love that we can charge a decent amount of coin for what we do.


The rest of it pretty much sucks ass
