Ok I got a few things for you and Marc to look at as well as some sketches. Im going to move my exhaust ports to the center and need a flush bezel for starters .

I'm thinking about doing the same thing. Might look a little funny on a blown deal though.

I'm digging it.. A lot of offroad guys are going a 8 into 1 exhaust pipe and the sound is awesome. More like a f1 car!

If I do, the tip will be an oval shape and end up being about 14" long. So you're right it would sound good.
