I've lost weight doing absolutely nothing and eating and drinking everything I want....When I start running again it will be over...and you all can EAT my dust.
At this time last year I was 245 and by May I was 205....all by running and eating a little better.

OH I forgot to check in!! Oh shit I'll do it in the morning. I just had tri tip and carrots and roast potato for dinner, with homemade brownie and ice cream for desert. Most food I had all week, but I was HUNGRY tonight....damn...I bet I gained...I feel like HB now....

Too bad we didn't do this 2months ago. Since T-day, I've lost 19-lbs as of Monday's weigh in. Dammit!!!
Well, I'm on a mission to be down 20 more pounds at least, by the summer.
Hopefully by the end of this challenge I can loose another 20-lbs but I need to start working out and exercise now to kick up the metabolism.
