I've got a turkey in smoker, ready in an hour. First time smoking turkey, usually do ribs.

Turkey came out good, 10.5 hours to smoke though. Rotini pasta salad and some pumpkin spice cookies.

Yea, 50 minutes per pound x 13 lbs @ 225*, used 6 ounces of hickory. Gonna try applewood next time.
