From what I understand, Teaque is doing some work with Bennington. That could be interesting. Don't know any numbers on the engine.

At what point do they stop being potoons and become DCBs???

I have always sort of chuckled at Playcraft, zillion dollar fiberglass hulls topped with plywood. That's hi tech.

Grads, your the expert in this field. You SURE that's a toon, and not a SPORT DECK????

They still make aluminum TOONS. The glass ones are "sport decks"
Kind of like a, a, uhhhhh............................................ .................................... a Daytona with the lid ripped off.

So in a sense Vic, you have 2 "toons" One is a little more techy than the other.

If I had "throw away" money... I'd get me a 100 mph toon, call up the Farm truck and azn dudes and take them fishing on Havasu.

No way I'd want a 100MPH toon around these parts. I've seen a regular toon heading up river at about 30 and one of those stupid carp jump over the rail and nail a passenger. I imagine it was a rude awakening at 30, could you imagine getting hit by one of those things at 100?

Yep. They are putting a Teague 825 (all blacked out) in a Bennington.

I was kinda figured it would be the 825 but didn't know for sure. Thanks. Looking forward to see it run.
