    Yea, the video I watched was making the same noise mine has and they replaced the flex coupling. Looks easy to fix.

    some small spring clips are all that holds the MFing motor to the frame BUT if you dont get the plastic halves all the way onto the motor shaft you wont ever get the spring clips to latch... I was shy by about 1/16" of having the plastic part all the way on the motor shaft and it wouldn't latch back together, I used a deep socket as a drift to tap it the rest of the way on so that I didn't crack the little drive dogs on the coupler... It's coming back to me now...

    Also, if the coupler halves arent all the way in place it will load the armature to the opposite end of the motor housing/bearings and it will drag, make sure it spins freely by and after you get it back together and your golden...
