    Your body is just retaining water. Don't get discouraged. When your muscles are sore your body retains more water. Drink more water and it will flush out. Trust me I'm the queen of water weight crap!

    You're so evil. You know I'm right. Oh but then again maybe you don't because you have to work out at the gym not sit there and watch TV in order for your muscles to be sore.
