I was just kidding! I've kept the same rates for the past 5 years and keep them down so that I can just rent to fellow boaters on the forums. Everybody that has rented from me in the past have been great!

Ok, so here is the deal. I checked out Chris's condo (http://www.kingsviewcondo.com/KINGSVIEW.html) on their website last week after hearing that I will have to be put on a wait list for my timeshare this year. When I went to the website there was no special pricing for DS. So I just went online and booked the condo just to see if the pricing would change. Well the pricing didn't change but you can see in the reservation confirmation that the rental manager has to approve the reservation. So I called Chris and he said that he has never charged extra for DS but this year he wants to charge more because he feels like he is missing out. Basically, what he said is that he would take $300 per night and would give someone a better deal if they booked the entire week.
