The owner doesn't want to give is a deal for her two condos! 400.00 a night is steep!

Wow, that seems pricey. I've rented my 3 bedroom house out for $150 per night. Going to have to raise my rates for that weekend next year!

I was just kidding! I've kept the same rates for the past 5 years and keep them down so that I can just rent to fellow boaters on the forums. Everybody that has rented from me in the past have been great!
