SOunds like a kick ass plan to write off your trips/hotel/expenses to Needles/Parker/Boise if you ask me...
Form a 501c and have quarterly meetings at a designated location (RCL's shop, Billy's shop, Blue Water Casino)... Maybe kick around ideas for a new logo/sticker/shirt, have someone take minutes and call it done... 
As my grandpa used to say "its not how much you make, it's how much you save"...
