In 1969 I had a Renault Dauphine and most likely hadn't received my first wallet much less a drivers license. Originally Posted by WMC

I did manage to get hold of my first gallon of Red Mountain though.
Dauphine. Water cooled 850CC rear engine and 3 lug nut wheels. ONLY THE FRENCH!!! No wonder they needed us to save their poor asses in WWII. I drove one once and lived. No sense pressing your luck.
Red Mountain. Nectar of the Gods. $2.00 a gallon and you got 25 cents when you returned the bottle
Those are some brain cells I will never get back.
