Why the triangle and circle cuts on the interior side of the boat? To reduce weight???

You really should have some kind of access to the side of the boat, for inspection or repairs or even running a water dump. Weight really doesn't play a part in that as it would be minimal savings and not necessarily desired. Some guys cut words or even chevy logos out of their side boards.

    Welcome to HB Greg!

The stripes are actually a carbon/fiberglass weave we laid down, not a decal or airbrush trick. Along with the stringers and side boards.

The side boards are to add rigidity and strength and the holes are for weight and access.

And thank you all for the warm welcome.
