Just did a pre-weigh in...just to see....and I think I did pretty good this week....bump up the time on the treadmill, along with a stricter diet, and next week should be a good week also....I plan to keep this going long after March....I want to get below 200 if I can by years end...tired of people being able to tell which side of the train I am sitting on...
OMG, 2.8, I'll take it! I thought I was really bad this week with extras(Alcohol, appetizers etc..). Back on track today, oh and upgrading to a smart phone today so I can post my pic earlier quicker and learn how to make my picture smaller
