Ok then I'm not disqualified. I don't typically put clothes or lead over coats on to weigh myself.

I know I won't win this because I don't really want to be under 215 or 220. I'm just going to lean out if I can. Unfortunately we already had Lasagna planned for tonight and steak for tomorrow. So I'll get moving sometime after that. I did do 17 minutes of cardio at the gym this morning so that's a start!

I dropped down to 222 last year eating cereal for dinner. That was just to get better Life Insurance rates though. This whole thread without money involved is a little hard to take on. I'm going to lose my weight by more cardio.
