LA City started this BS also. Glad I don't live in these areas as we had the outside fire pit and the fireplace going over the Holidays

Yup. The 9 county SF Bay Area has their own (Nazi) air quality board that thinks they can dictate if and when you can burn wood because of air quality or whatever.
I always tell the wife when I hear of a spare the air day that we need a fire. Yea, I'm a rebel like that.
