67-68 gps with 5 people, 200 gallons, and 700,000 pounds of kids stuff. If I put on lab 26" props, 3 ounces of fuel, no passengers or gear, 2-3' chop, 70.1 gps. Not bad for an under powered straight bottom floating hotel room.
