    Thats OK..But leave your "Earthquake " Vibrator at home...the residents of Riverland will need to get some sleep at some point..

    I had someone go through the Ca. Fire Code and there isn't really anything in there that prevents people from gathering in a storage shed. Although the building wasn't intended for permanent occupancy, nothing in the code prevents people from gathering on a temporary basis. The only potential issue could be egress. If we use a pull through, it absolutely isn't an issue. If we use only one unit, we might need to put up a battery powered Emergency Exit sign and make sure the door does not get closed. Other that that, it shouldn't be a problem.

    If we all converge on the Rec room, we will definitely exceed the maximum occupancy.
