Haven't eaten yet. Picked up my dad from the hospital, got home and the kid called from the Cali Christmas concert at the honda center and forgot her wallet. Just got back, heading to the wine bar. That will be my dinner

I buy the precut bag, bake for about 40 min @ 400 degrees with a few tablespoons of milk and drizzle olive oil on it, put it in a baking dish and cover it with foil. Remove mash and Then season it. Tonight I did Cajun seasoning. Very yummy!
