I think Wendi would look good with a retro BEE HIVE hairdoo... I recall Billy commenting on how much he liked the picture years ago... Sound familiar??? I saved it but who knows where it is, you are obviously far more organized than me...

I'll dig up a couple. One with Tony Maricich and Howard Brown with their wifes. Its priceless. Another of a Mandella SK with a de stroked 427 Ford. The womens hair and cloths and bikinis really tell you about the times. Good stuff.

He and Penhall were best friends. They both died in Sigalos plane flying home from Tahoe. Bruce Penhall and Dennis Sigalos were best friends as well and teamed up in the Ocean Spray Offshore boat.
Shreenan's Conquisttador was Rayson with a Hemi, Len Shreenan was my dads boss from about 1957 thru 1970. He owned Schiadas later.
Lou Brummett was in a Mandella, probably hemi powered, or a destroked 427 Ford.
PS I believe Haf Gast won that race for the second year in a row. Suddenly won the Nationals in October with a Dunsmore built 396 Chevy.
the rest I am clueless. Its kind of tricky due the year and even the class. Tony Maricich used a Keith Black Hemi in a Howard for the SS class called Super Suddenly the following year.
Baddass! Thanks Bob!
I've got pics of Super Suddenly getting lettered I'll look for...

Bob can tell us what jets everyone's running, how cold the water is and it wouldn't surprise me if he knows how many rocks are lining the far shore.
