Kind of the same issue here. I've used my savings account info to get away from fees but I only get like 6 transfers from that account per month without fees. Not comfortable giving checking info, too much money going in and out of that account each month. Their fee schedule is a little too confusing to me. I don't use Pay Pal that much.

That's a Reg D issue on all savings accounts.

I guess you can only link a CC to one PP account. I just downloaded the app and I can't add my card as its tithe wife's account. She'll send like last time.

Yup. That's basically what Wells Fargo told me when I called them about their fee for over usage. I wasn't pleased but she was able to explain to my pea brained self and I did eventually understand…sort of.
