So by my calculations they have to make it to Marina Del Rey before 1:39 PST to break the current record of 5 hours:57 minutes - is that correct?
The Long Beach run is the second record they will try to break.... Sea Tow 1 is the final finish line not the first one.
Look like they are about 50 miles out of Marina Del Rey right now, but going slow
They better get with the throttles!!!!

Fuel stops don't count as far as I know. Found them.

Ok so I read Rosses post about these are just setting the bar for a 50' Cat Record and they are not trying to break anybody elses record for the event. And because a different sponsor is putting up the money.... its also a different record.... do I have that straight now? So everyone can have a record.
Is that like all the fat kids get trophys too! ..... lol

Well it looks like the SF to Marina Del Rey timing for any boat to get there still stands....
What are they doing paddling the boat????

Heard they had a problem with the new fuel tank. Might had to stop and fix it.
