What's wine on the honor system?

At MG you pay for wine by the glass.........they basically leave the bottle on the table, you pour your own and when your finished they simply ask you how many glasses you had.....the honor system

That's interesting. So if they bring you a new bottle and the bottles finished and you say you had 1 glass, they charge you for 1 glass?
I guess if you can't be bothered to pour the glass of wine for the customer, you shouldn't get paid for it.

Yep! The servers don't really give a shit as long as you tip accordingly.

That's funny! I have wine glasses that fit almost an entire bottle so I guess I only have 1 glass
