not really,....if I pull out again i have to pull it all out....we did a draw this year already...

and so if it comes out it can't go back... kinda of a stop you from spending it deal...


I figure if I want another boat down the road, i could just buy it latter...

only pretty doubtfull that I could ever find another hallett 240 with a 525, let alone one with only 100 hrs...

i just don't want a house payment, if i have to finance, i'll do with out..

i already have a paid for place in havasu that works perfect for us,....guess I was board

i have a couple people talking serious, and one ready to buy...

came into some money last night,so i have in hand enough to finish the house...

what I really need to sell is our custom home lot in a gated community in bull head...


boat is promissed to hold for a few days to a guy in bullhead,..

so the boat has a verbal offer and is on hold till that offer expires...
