It does get low in the winter but this is unusually low. It would take a really big winter snowfall/rainfall to fill it completely up., but it has happened before. When they originally built the dam in 1955 they expected it to take 5 years to fill. I guess they had a huge winter that year and it filled in 1 year. It's currently at 386'...when it drops to 360' it dead pools which means no water going out.....I hope the DLB likes salt water.Originally Posted by McRib
