Please I beg you, don't be......
Please don't be this person who charges something for $2.24 cents, it drives me crazy, it's probably my biggest "pet pev" is being behind someone in line and having to stand there while they jack around with this, just go to the bank once a week and get some cash, that way when you need something like a soda and a bag of chips, just pay cash.
I've actually told people in front of me that were only buying $2 dollars worth of crap to just leave and I would pay for it just so I won't have to watch this happen, it's painful.
I see people doing this and wonder how do they reconcile their CC bills each month, off my soap box.

Hey Joey, not to be disagreeable, but I'm that guy too.
Promise I can swipe and clear checkout quicker than someone paying cash.
Good topic for debate today.

Yah, people paying with checks really gets me. I find the older generations to do this the most.

You would so hate me!!! I hardly ever carry cash with me...I hate going to the bank especially since everything is automated now. If I need to check my checking account balance, I just log in through my phone. I would say 95% of places accept check cards so I have a tendency to always use them.
I will say, I do get embarrassed using a card with such a little about so I Make it a point to buy things so my bill is above $5 lol
Good thing is, we are 3000 miles away and you probably wont be behind me in a line any time soon

I always carry cash, but almost always use my debit card. I use cash where a card isn't an option...even for $2 ...although I don't think I could ever spend only $2 on something. My swiping hand is much faster than here's my cash...wait for my change ...put it back in my wallet.
I use a CC for my business expenses so I can keep track. Never keep a balance.

The sign of the beast is in the credit/charge card.

I wonder how much money this is costing all of us.
I imagine that we won't be using currency much longer.

Card for everything, cash for everything else.
