    I"m learning portion control as hard as it is goes along way toward weight maintenace. For instance 7 Ritz crackers is a portion, not an entire sleeve.

    I snack until i'm full instead of eating meals, gotta have a burger meal here and there. This all goes to shit at the river, but easy to get back on track

    What app is this? I just got an iPhone and am looking to see how far i jog. Like this morning. I think I did 4.5 miles but I dont know for sure. I used to clock it in my car lol

    It's called Map My Run. I like it. It talks to you when you run over your music (tells you split times and etc). It also gets to know your routes and will tell you if and where you improved. It's a really great app. I've used it for about a year now. Before that I'd go back and Google map the dist and that was a pain in the ass.

    Hit the gym after work M-F.
    Lift each day
    run 2 miles Tues and Turs
    M,W,F abs after lifting
    Sat morning run 6-7 miles at home in the summer or treadmill at gym in the winter
