    I love to cook...I eat at home 90% of the time. I use to eat very little throughout the day bc I'm so busy and eat a giant dinner...this week I started eating a good lunch...not my usual 150 calories ...and eating a protein shake/bar for dinner and I'm down 4 lbs.

    It's tough when 1350 is what maintains my weight.

    Nothing wrong with dropping 4 lbs

    I would try and eat a couple decent meals a day. Perhaps start with some low sugar oatmeal in the am.

    Your daily calorie intake to maintain is very low?

    I know! Life sucks!! I'm a miniature person...I think I can add 400 calories to that bc I workout but I'm trying to lose weight :(
