Hmmmmmm...no recipe really. I just combined a couple of eggs, tempura batter mix, a Corona, Progresso seasoned Italian bread crumbs, granulated garlic, pinch of tartar, lemon pepper, and water. As far as measuring any of it....nothing was measured. I added water until the batter had a little thicker consistency than pancake batter. Hope this helps.
