Unfortunately the beach there is NOT private unlike the condos on the other side of the channel. When the older condos were built there were no restrictions but after that beach was deemed private the beachon the other side of the channel was deemed to be a public beach well before the Kingsview was built and part of getting permission to build was that the beach in front remain public.
