Had that same thing yesterday in Vegas. Had to leave my phone in my truck for 5hrs while I took a test. Phone went fusion on me. Shoved it in the AC vent for 5-10 minutes, problem solved.

My parents are also resistant to change and new technology. They still have a phone with a dial on it. LOL
