The history of that Island is really a fairy tail. I'd give a spare body part to have been alive in that era. People like Mr. Wrigley were nothing short of visionaries who fortunately had the wealth to make it happen. If you research the amount of time it took them to build the Casino it would mind boggle even modern day constructors. And to not spare any expense. Simply amazing.
The walnut paneling in the foyer alone is worth more today than he paid for the entire Island.
That place is no joke
